Junior Engineer/Architect (m/f/d)

The company's location in Lochau (AT) shows the strong connection to the primary business area of Lake Constance, Upper Swabia and Vorarlberg.

 

With its subsidiary Timber One GmbH (T1 for short), Pioneer Immobilien GmbH is a solution and system provider for all aspects of timber construction and prefabrication concepts. T1 offers a standardised and affordable building concept for different types of use, such as residential, micro-living and hospitality, based on an industrially prefabricated timber modular construction method.

 

Become part of an international team of experienced real estate experts, modular construction pioneers and architects/engineers.

 

Your tasks

• Coordination of modular construction projects (teamwork with experienced project architects, construction engineers, module manufacturers, subcontractors, site visits, etc.)

• Interface between specialist planners and production

• Participation in the preparation/awarding of offers

 

Your profile

• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification

• Knowledge of German and/or Austrian construction standards

• Initial practical experience is an advantage, but not necessary

• Confident handling of Autocad or comparable programs

• Experience with Sketchup or Revit desirable, but not essential

• Good German and English skills

• Strong ability to think and act in an interdisciplinary and structured manner
