Element construction
The high-quality single-family house was built entirely using prefabricated elements. The elements are mainly made of CLT (cross laminated timber).
This project shows the diversity and flexibility of prefabricated construction.
Modular construction
For the 4* hotel "Fritsch am Berg" in an outstanding lake view location on the Pfänderhang in Vorarlberg, the hotel extension was realised in modular construction.
The module dimensions and equipment show the maximum possibilities of a serially pre-produced module.
The shingled façade was made of Siberian larch.
Roof extension
On top of an existing residential 6 floors building , a roof extension was realised by means of element construction. The elements of the resulting flat were all prefabricated.
The CLT-wood used was ideally suited as a light, statically efficient material for the construction on the existing roof.
