TIMBER ONE® is a system developer and provider for affordable real estate projects. TIMBER ONE® has therefore developed a standardised and affordable building concept (T1 system).
The T1 system is based on industrially prefabricated and scalable modules and elements made of wood. The modules and elements are produced in selected factories, including all the technology, interior fittings and any built-in furniture. After completion, the modules can be transported to any construction site in Europe.

TIMBER ONE® offers turnkey solutions for residential projects and other types of use based on currently 6 scalable, standardised timber modules, combined with flexible elements (wall, ceiling, floor). The combination of modules and elements makes it possible to create a wide variety of building types and to make optimum use of a very large number of plot layouts or building windows.
The T1 system is completely prefabricated and all the technology is installed in the factory (heating, electrical lines, water & sewage, etc.). At the construction site, only the final flooring (parquet, etc.) is laid, the façade and balconies are installed (e.g. to make transitions and joints visually neutral) and the modules are connected to the central building services. The T1 system allows the use of different façade materials or balcony parapets. The basic material for the modules and elements is cross laminated timber (CLT) produced in Europe under sustainability criteria.
