TIMBER ONE® SERVICE:
We offer you a complete package of planning drawings for your future project based on the T1 system. Experience shows that this saves you up to 50-70% of your usual planning costs, as a large part of the preliminary, design and work planning as well as specialist planning, for example, are part of our standardised system.

Our T1 system makes it possible to create the most flexible plans possible for different types of use (e.g. affordable multi-storey housing, student housing, senior living) and building regulations.

The project planning we prepare for your building project enables you to submit the documents for planning permission and order modules from one of our licensed manufacturers, including delivery and installation. The estimated time for preparing the project planning package is currently 2-3 weeks.

Our experienced specialists accompany the entire process and ensure proper communication with all parties involved. This includes visits to the construction site during civil engineering and foundation construction, regular visits to our producers to ensure that production is proceeding as planned, and presence at the construction site during assembly of the modules and final commissioning.
The cost of the TIMBER ONE® SERVICE is just 200 euros incl. VAT per sqm of residential or commercial space. The added value speaks for itself.

Reduced planning costs
T1 saves you a lot of money in the planning process. Because the T1 modular system is standardised, we can offer you proven solutions for all planning phases, from architectural drawings to finished electrical projects.

Reduced transport costs

The T1 system, and in particular the modules used, are manufactured in sizes that allow cost-effective transport, stocking of modules and elements before assembly begins and the use of smaller cranes for assembly.

Reduced foundation costs
​
Because the T1 system is made of wood, the weight of the building is less than standard constructions (concrete, brick, etc.). Your foundation costs are therefore lower.

Reduced set-up costs
​
All components of the T1 system are delivered to the construction site before installation begins. All you have to do is to fit all the elements together according to a specific algorithm and make the electricity and water connections. The estimated time for the isetting-up of a 1,000-2,000 sqm building is only a few weeks.

Reduced marketing costs
​
As the T1 system offers standardised solutions, you save time on marketing as our reference projects can be used as an example for future clients. We also offer some options for your future clients on how they can furnish their future home. The T1 system is also tailored to the standard sizes of the largest furniture manufacturers (such as IKEA). The quality standard is always the same and clients can get a very clear picture of what they will get in the near future (remember that the construction time is much shorter than with traditional construction).

Reduced land costs

Although the modules of the T1 system are strictly standardised and their dimensions cannot be changed, the elements used (e.g. wall, ceiling, floor) have variable dimensions. Strictly speaking, T1 is a hybrid system and allows different combinations of modules and elements to create perfect floor plans. This means optimal use of the building window and lower proporty costs per square metre of residential or commercial space.
Reduced construction costs

The T1 system is standardised and industrially manufactured in the factory, which makes it possible to minimise production costs as all steps are carried out on site (construction, window installation, engineering, finishing, etc.).

Because the T1 system offers standardised solutions, you save time in the following ways:

Planning (our planning only takes a few weeks instead of a few months).

Construction (the construction of the basement and the production of the modules in the factory run in parallel, so the building can be ready for occupation in a few weeks after the basement is completed).
It gives you a large reserve when building a few times more square metres with the same team and even a smaller team, as many tasks are automatically taken over by the T1 system
